  2. For Bachelors Degree, the candidate must have a higher school certificate
  3. For Masters Degree, the Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree certificate
  4. A Master’s degree certificate is required if a candidate intends to apply for the doctorate

  6. Scholarships will be provided to full-time students based on academic achievement and course load.
